Head - Product Development - Consumer Goods/Food Sector (18-25 yrs)

Your Role: - New product development and R&D are the core of our client's being and they are aggressively looking - for a seasoned food technologist who not only brings in the technical expertise but has sound understanding of the consumer and business needs to be able to deliver value and innovative products.
Responsible for leading the organization in products Innovations, products renovations, Quality enhancements, Ingredient Value Engineering, Demonstrating the futuristic proactive product proposals to business to build the innovation pipeline, building development team, coaching and building the functional and leadership capability, building and managing the budget. This position requires exercising independent judgment to perform the responsibilities described herein. Ability to challenge and influence - change is needed .
Must Have:18+ Years of experience in food, dairy, beverage - industry .
Minimum 5 years- experience in leadership position,
An enviable track record which speaks about not only achievements but learning attained - through "the not so successful launch"
