Product & Credit Head

- Managing End to End ownership of Product & Credit Life Cycle in Retail Assets

- Develop Product Policy and processes and ensure implementation in compliance to credit guidelines

- Creating New Products and suitable amendments in existing products

- Assessing credit Risk for secured and unsecured Loan and ensure 'proposal appraisal", "documents appraisal" and disbursement

- Working closely with Business Head, Sales Head, Operations Head and other Key Partners to optimise Business Growth

- Liase with in-house Technical Team fir development of LOS & LMS for the feature/product
