BACKGROUND

Aspiring Minds currently serves more than 5,000 corporations including 150 Fortune 500 companies, and 4,000 higher education institutions. Today Aspiring Minds operates in multiple countries including India, China, USA, Philippines, Middle East and parts of Africa.

The JD is as follows:

You will own developing winning solutions and implementation plans based on Aspiring Minds' products for customers. You will manage a team of consultants, that work together with sales team and client servicing team to aid customer acquisition and client success. You will own a shared target with the sales team and be jointly responsible with the client servicing team for customer satisfaction. The major task of the team is to understand the client's pain point, develop solutions based on AM products, prepare for pilots and roll out strategy.

Key Responsibilities -

- Guide the team is solutioning for large and complex deals.

- Directly interact with customers to understand pain points and pitch solutions

- Prepare ROI case for customers through pilots and benchmarking studies

- Build internal knowledge base for actively addressing client pain points

- Interface with internal teams to put together the right solutions based on customer requirements

- Manage team and collaborate with cross cultural and cross functional stakeholders.
