Position: Head-Product Broking

Job Description:

- Experience in handling Platforms: Android & iOS Apps, Mobile site and Website

- Understand technology and ensure quality deliveries on time.

- Focused on data driven feature development, Introducing new product features based on insights from user feedback, behaviour data & International markets study.

- Monitoring product performance and working towards improving business conversion & quality.

- Ensuring to achieve the KPIs throughout the product adaption and revenue generation

- Introducing new product features based on insights from user feedback & behaviour data, testing and research

- Create world class customer experience.

- Lead a high performance team of technologist and product managers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similar technical area, or equivalent practical experience. MBA ( preferable)

- 10+ years of experience working in a product management, engineering and technology strategy role.

- 10+ years of experience working in the consumer facing technology company with software development experience.

Skills Required:

Product Development, Product Management, Vendor Management, Requirement Gathering, Business Planning, Product Implementation, Product Designing

Requirement:

- Strong domain knowledge of the stockbroking industry is mandatory.

- Experience in defining vision, strategy and partnering with internal teams and external providers to deliver great products.

- Demonstrated track record of product leadership.

- Knowledge of working on End to End Product Development & Delivery module.

- Team working able to work effectively as part of a team whilst encouraging and fostering teamwork; open to others ideas and input.

- Influencing high level of interpersonal skills, demonstrable ability to present ideas and take people with them.
