Head of Product

- Good knowledge about product development life cycle

- Drive product vision, create & prioritize product roadmap

- Develop a product strategy & roadmap for WadzPay's products

- Create product strategy for new features and offerings based on internal discussion, consumer demand, market data, and thought leadership

- Convert this product strategy into a prioritized product roadmap and partner with technology team to drive the execution of that roadmap

- Participate in all aspects of the development lifecycle, from definition through deployment and support

- Gain deep understanding of customer profile & experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

- Analysing customer needs/ markets, competitive offering and user requirements in depth

- Identifying opportunities that lead to product growth though innovation

- Understanding the product priorities and implementing a product governance framework

- Interface with all relevant stakeholders to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts

- Manage relationships across all functions to ensure feature feasibility, collaboration amongst teams, and to identify any potential barriers to launch

- Set up and drive best practices in product development processes within the product team

- Attract, build and grow a talented group of product managers

- Knowledge of blockchain will be advantage

Ideal Experience :

- MBA and / or Engineering graduate with at least 15 years of experience

- Must have proven record of developing and scaling products

- Should be from Fintech background with good know of payments (issuing, acquiring etc.)

- Amalgamation of experience in product development & management, analytics and Product marketing & technology with deep understanding of customer requirements
