Head - Product - B2B Firm (8-12 yrs)
This is for a B2B org, working with enterprise customers, helping them deliver best in class experiences to their end-customers. From number one rated mobile apps to industry leading approaches to API finance and transactions, the team does what it takes to simplify. Their products are amongst the most widely used in the freight and logistics industries.
The Head of Product role involves, well everything. You'll work closely with the founders and key leaders. You will be a future founder and key leader.
1. Working mostly autonomously, yet being a team player keeping your crews looped-in
2. Acknowledging that you don't know what you don't know
3. Asking a lot of questions and taking a lot of notes
4. Differentiating between assumptions and facts while evolving your hypotheses
5. Thinking about the long term while diving into the details and getting to the outcome
6. Working on strategy and then rolling up your sleeves to get into action
7. Using a bit of Excel / Slides / Asana / R / Python / Youtube
