Head - Procurement - Shipping/Logistics Industry

We are looking for a Head of Procurement for one of our leading client

The candidate will manage a complex and larger matrix organization (approx.. 20 employees) with few, potentially no local managers. Main stakeholders will be a mix of internal and externals :

- Procurement managers

- Procurement customers/partners (Logistic Group Management, Operations, Finance, IT, etc.).

- Group Procurement

- Organisations suppliers and vendors.

The candidate will represent the overall Procurement agenda, as an extended Chief Procurement Officer, in the Mumbai management team, while applying daily leadership and coaching of individual contributors in the local team, across three main procurement fields; Category Management, Compliance and Supply Chain.
