Job Description:

- Project Commercial- Procurement & Sourcing of categories involved in Offline Stores/Kitchen set up - Construction contractor, Equipment suppliers, visual merchandising, cleaning services, logistics services, renovation. Real estate negotiation for rental/leasing of property etc.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand Procurement needs.

- Streamlining Procurement processes and putting in place S&OP for an end to end Procurement to Pay(P2P) function.

- Managing vendors' and suppliers' contracts to ensure due performance and continuity of essential services

- Identify gaps and process improvement opportunities

- Negotiate and tender contracts with suppliers and vendors

- Networking and building relationships with key clients and suppliers- Create set of strong supplier/vendor base for each procurement category.

- Business partnering.

- Relevant experience/exposure/Qualification-Civil engineer with experience in setting up of offline retail stores (Lifestyle/Max/Central/Brand Factory or similar offline retail chain stores).-

- Good communication (both speaking and writing) skills- he needs to interact with external partners.-
