Head - Procurement - Pharma (10-15 yrs)
The company is a Pharma MNC .
- Lead the Procurement function across the India sites
- Develop and manage the Sites supply base to meet requirements: assurance of supply, quality, regulatory, service, cost, and innovation to control costs in a fast-moving environment.
- Adapt and respond to regularly changing business requirements.
- For specific Categories, actively negotiate contracts.
- Reduce the Directs, Manufacturing & Indirect costs across the India sites.
- Support the reduction of end-to-end total costs of the Sites.
- Co-ordinate support from multiple Category teams and work within a matrix organization
