Client Details

Our client is one of the leading healthcare service providers in India. They are widely recognized in the market and are looking expand their mark in India market. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Head of Procurement, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for -

- Formulating sourcing strategies for all direct & indirect material sourced for their business operations

- Managing a team of 10-12 professionals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organisation

- Driving procurement across both categories- direct material and indirect materials & drive ERP implementation in the organisation

- Working closely with all the functions to ensure the smooth flow of operations while liaising with senior stakeholders

Profile :

You will be a professional with more than 10 years of experience in sourcing and procurement ideally in diagnostics, medical devices and health care space. The client is looking for someone with excellent negotiation skills, stakeholder management and hands on approach towards his/her work.
