Head - Procurement - Infra/Energy (25-30 yrs)
Key Accountabilities
1. Group level procurement strategy formulation and oversee implementation.
- Monitor 'Cost of Procurement'
- Monitor average TAT of PR to PO across the Group
- Implementation of 'Hybrid Centralized' operating Model by achieving the KPIs as per benchmarks
- Align procurement policies across the group for Value creation and ensure periodical evaluation
2. Review and propose for approval of Procurement processes and guide the teams in implementation.
3. Process Improvement and Cost Efficiencies
- Achieve Target savings vis-a-vis Budgets
- Identification and implementation of new initiatives that increase competitiveness in bids received.
4. Stakeholder management.
- Manage relationship with key internal, external stakeholders and vendors
5. Team Development and Management.
6. Handled a business of around 20 Cr.
Interactions
External stakeholders : Major Vendors (Suppliers and Contractors), Insurance agencies and Brokers, Consulting firms / agencies.
Internal Experts : Sector / Business CXOs, Group Functional Heads Finance, HR, Legal, Taxation, IT and Internal Audit, Business Procurement teams, Shared Services Center.
