Our client is a leading FMCG company. They have a diverse product offering and have significant global presence. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Head of Procurement, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.
Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Procurement Director you will be responsible for -
- Formulating sourcing strategies for both direct and indirect categories and devise strategies for sourcing the products locally
- Liaising with global teams and stakeholders to drive operations in India
- Managing a team of 4-5 professionals across different divisions with responsibility for their growth and development in the organisation
- Working closely with all the functions to ensure the smooth flow of operations
Profile
You will be a professional with more than 18 years of experience in sourcing and procurement ideally in FMCG industry. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and negotiation skills and prior exposure of working with multinationals in global roles.
