Our client is a leading Indian engineering and manufacturing company with strong global presence across 17 countries and marketing leading product portfolio. With strong growth plans for India and rapid expansion of the business globally, they are looking for a Head of Procurement to manage the entire business PAN India.

Description :

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for :

- Managing and leading the procurement function PAN India

- Formulating sourcing strategies for all categories of commodities with focus on CAPEX procurement

- Managing a team of professionals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organization

- Working closely with all the functions to ensure the smooth flow of operations

Profile :

You will be a professional with around 20 years of experience in sourcing and procurement ideally in Engineering/ Automotive/Energy Generation industries. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and hands on approach towards his/her work
