Our client is a profit making engineering company of repute. Looking for only Engineers with relevant experience from an engineering, manufacturing company of repute.
- To Manage the Procurement department consisting RM, Components, Capital Goods
- Finalise the source of procurement import/domestic.
- Deciding the supplier based on past track record.
- Suggest the top management on CAPEX & Commodity vendors global scenario and best practices.
- Constant study on the LME to decide on spot booking/ Hedging .
- Develop Global procurement practices, systems & processes in Group Procurement dept.
1) Commodity procurement experience exposed to min. 1000 cr per annum procurement involvement. Any exposure to lead and hedging will be added advantage.
2. Exposed to capital equipment procurement related to mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, electrical as main core.
3. Should have worked in a MNC -Corporate Company
4. Should have exposure to EXIM, logistics, finance
5. Should manufacturing industry experience
6. Should have visited overseas locations to understand the different concepts of SCm, procurement etc.
7. Should have good exposure to software enabled SCM systems
Should have handled a team of more than 20
