Reporting to (position): CFO Direct Reportees : Manager & Executives

Purpose Statement : Responsible for smooth operations of the material both inward/outward and comply with the statutory norms requirements of the state & local government authorities.

Key Role & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for smooth operations of the material both inward/outward and comply with the statutory norms requirements of the state & local government authorities

- Manage Complete operational functions of Stores, Logistics & warehouse

- Manage Complete operational functions of Stores, Logistics & warehouse

- Get the Raw material requirements from plant and ensure timely availability of the same

- Ensure proper dispatch of the material by continuous follow-up with the transporters

- Make assurance of all legal returns and close monitoring

- Keep account of receipt of material under Advance Licence and Annexure-1 and keep records of the same

- To co-ordinate & liaison with Central Excise Officials

- Ensure strict Adherence to Proof of Export and Re-warehouse certificate as per Excise Rules and Regulations

- Ensure Duty payable amount and its utilization accordingly

- Focusing on daily GRill enable maximum cenvat credit in time

- Close observation of Input clearing Invoices and its proportionate duty Debit

- Maintain ISO related documents presented before external authority at the time of verification / renewal certificate

Experience : 8 to 10 years

Qualification : Any Graduate with PG Dip. in Materials Management or MBA with Materials Management

Certifications/Trainings : Working knowledge of SAP

- Competencies Behavioural Communication skill, Man management skills and interpersonal skills
