Client Details :

Our client is a globally leading niche chemical manufacturer (conglomerate) with innovative product portfolio. With a strong manufacturing set up in India, they are looking for a Procurement head based out of their Plant in Uttarakhand.

Description :

Reporting to the Plant Operations Head you will be responsible for :

- Formulating sourcing strategies for all RM/PM/Engineering & Spares sourced to their plant based out of Uttarakhand

- Managing a team of 10-12 professionals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organisation

- Driving procurement across both categories- raw material and packaging materials such as additives, chemicals, adhesives, packaging, fuels etc.

- Working closely with all the functions to ensure the smooth flow of operations while liaising with senior stakeholders.

Profile :

You will be a professional with more than 10 years of experience in sourcing and procurement ideally in chemicals industry. The client is looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, analytical skills and a hands on approach towards his/her work.
