Job Description - An opportunity to lead Procurement for an automotive major across both Direct & Indirect Categories, based out of their plant in Uttar Pradesh.

Our client is a German automotive brand, with a strong global presence and have been in this business for over 100 years now. An innovator in its domain, they design unique products to cater to their client requirements across the globe. They are looking at recruiting a Site Procurement Head based out of their plant in Uttar Pradesh.
Description :
Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for -
- Implementing all Corporate sourcing strategies for all Direct & Indirect materials sourced to India
- Managing a team of 8-10 professionals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organization
- Ensuring synergies from both a plant organization(Corporate HQ) and a market organization perspective(ASIA)
- Working closely with all the functions to ensure the smooth flow of operations while liaising with global stakeholders
Profile :
You will be a professional with more than 8 years of experience in sourcing and procurement ideally in Automotive & Chemical MNCs and experience of working in Matrix organizations. The client is looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, stakeholder management, and hands-on approach towards his/her work.
