Purpose of the Role
Own & Develop all strategic B2B alliances on Procurement , Retail, Retail Finance, Service, Refurbishment and Allied serives contributing to business growth, Profitability & customer satisfaction (B2B Procurement, Volume through RF, Insurance, Warranty & RSA, Inventory Credit for Franchisee, Institutional Tieups, Monitization, Cost optimization, Partner Retention & any other strategic alliances)
Role Description :
Business Volume & Growth:
- Own all procurement through B2B i.e. Repo Assets via Finance companies & other big accounts and overall procurement strategies for the business
- Build B2B procurement processes & system
- Collaborate and coordinate on DWM with Sales Team.
- Collaborate with support functions for platform enablement of all processes
- Ensure adherence on all front-end B2B procurement and Volume through RF processes through regular audits
Market Intelligence :
- Systemically collate, monitor and share Repo Assets market trends, information on flow of pre-owned vehicles, broker market feedback etc. on monthly basis
- Understand Buy & Sell Side business
- Identify opportunities/concern area for the product/market and workout medium and long term strategy to achieve business target
Alliances & Partner Management :
- Initiating contact, handling and nurturing key business partnerships and strategic tie-ups on both procurement and retail side
- Manage all aspects of DWM with alliance partners and develop deep understanding of their requirements and long-term business strategies
- Establish end to end process for B2B vehicle procurement , Retail Finance Partners & Allied Services with SOPs/Guidelines
- Establish end to end process for B2B vehicle procurement from OEM dealers, Brokers & PGMs with SOPs/Guidelines
Partners Experience & Retention :
- Deliver & Communicate the client Advantage to the partner
- Create & Develop the client USP based on Partners requirement & Understanding
- Identify Partners expectation, Measure Gaps, Translate/ Align to process, Audit proces adherance & Take corrective actions
- Grievance resolution & proactive engagement
Business Profit & Profitability - B2B Procurement & Volume through RF:
- Coordinate from the company side to close on all financial dealings on key accounts
- Drive new monetization opportunities for higher contribution and ensure optimum resource utilization for better cost efficiencies
- Improve Margins per unit through selling Value-Added/Allied Services i.e. Loans, Insurance, and Inventory Credit for Franchisee etc.
