Description
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships and ways of working with key suppliers in order to align understanding & commitment.
- Identifying & negotiating suitable properties for leasing and ensuring premises delivery within stipulated time period for expansion of branches
- Managing regular facilities, budgeting and maintenance to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Develop an optimal strategy for processes and systems.
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
Profile
- An experienced professional with 15 years procurement experience who will have the ability to successfully lead continuous improvement of the procurement function within the business.
- An excellent communicator who can then balance the needs of your internal customers whilst developing collaborative arrangements with suppliers.
- Able to turn strategies into tactical plans that enable your team to deliver results required for continued business growth.
- A strong and motivational manager, providing your team with leadership and direction.
- Able to demonstrate strong negotiating skills, both with external vendors and internal customers.
