Head - Procurement (12-15 yrs)
A) FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE :
1. Procurement of IT Goods and Services: Procurement of Server/Storage/ Router, Switches, Firewall, Modem, WAP (Wireless Access Point), NIC (Network interface Card etc. Television, AV System, EPABX, Passive cabling & electrical work/ Software/New office-Branch setup/ Lease line requirement /Consultant hiring/ PRI Communications/ Hiring of Computer hardware /Outsourcing some of the processing/AMC renewal of IT Goods at best competitive price.
2. Procurement of Non IT Goods and Service: Procurement of UPS & battery, Invertor/ Furniture and Fixtures/ Chairs, Desk, Table, Sofa, Cabinet, Lighting, shelves, all office furnitures etc. and AMC renewal for the same
B) OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE:
1. Floating of enquiry, negotiate the prices with vendor and Issuance of PO with L1 bidder
2. Follow-up for delivery with vendor on time and inform to user about status on regular basis
3. Develop new vendors to get best competitive prices
4. Formation of Rate contract for Regular items to avoid delay in processing the request
C) RECORDS & MIS :
1. Keep updated PO track records with delivery status
2. Maintain PO copy in soft and Hardcopy with all document and approval
3. Updates Open PO record (pending Delivery) and Pending Request for Goods and Services
4. Coordinate with Audit dept and provide requisite documents to Auditor on time
D) SKILL SET :
1. Negotiation Skills
2. Communication Skills (Written/Verbal)

4. Analytical Skills
