Head - Process & Quality - Engineering Services

Hiring for Global Head - Process & Quality.

- Process Quality is the responsibility of every team member within the Technology organization.

- It is the role of the Global Head Process & Quality

- Strong Product Engineering / Engineering Services experience combined with with a good vision for improving Quality & Operational Excellence.

- Work with the Executive team to build execute upon a product quality strategy/approach and standards spanning the product engineering lifecycle

- Lead the Quality Assurance Council

- Provide mentorship to support the process and quality discipline across the entire Engineering team

- Evaluate our current-state quality approach and results, and define and implement innovative approaches to improve quality through the introduction of new technologies, systems, methods and controls used to improve quality and enhance project agility in an Agile development environment

- Proven track record of delivering results in an Agile environment. Expertise in Agile quality assurance approaches such as continuous integration, automated unit testing, pair programming, test-driven development, design patterns, domain-driven design, and code refactoring

- Experience leading and developing high-quality teams that produce results

- Proven success establishing and maintaining pragmatic quality engineering best practices

- Effective and inspiring people manager with a proven ability to get the best of people, set and communicate clear goals, measure results, hold people accountable, be an effective coach, and foster a learning environment. Demonstrates the ability to drive individuals and teams to perform at a higher level

- Experience supporting complex, fast moving development initiatives

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

- Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions, and garner respect from other teams

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work internally across all teams as well as externally with partners and vendors

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a preference to Master's Degree.
