- Banking Operations, Risk Management & Customer Service
- Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
- Implementing various new measures for process improvements like carrying out projects for the same and allotting research time to the subordinates.
- Interfacing and coordinating with Quality Team and Managers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Preparing Reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of the process operations and assist in critical decision-making process.
- Interacting with the Software Development Team for suggesting necessary changes, optimizing and the Operations
- Work with the client and internal teams to help reduce contact volume, increase Customer Experience, improve productivity, reduce costs and increase revenue
- Build a self-sustaining culture of continuous improvement balancing improvement in Customer Experience and Operational Efficiency.
- Establish the right MIS to surface the opportunities across LOBs
