Head - Process Excellence/Transformation/Order To Cash - BPO (12-20 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The role would cover all the sub-processes -Order Management, Contract Management, Invoicing, Collections, Dispute Management, Cash Applications and Finance Customer Support Operations,
- Develop and execute operational strategies to accomplish customer experience for top and bottom-line profitability;
- Deliver transformational change.
- Service delivery strategy - establish multisite operations from grounds-up, operation readiness, build capabilities.
- Set up governance structure and enhanced internal controls in the organization.
