Job Purpose: Provide assurance on controls, systems and governance - technical &amp; commercial. Reporting - to the CFO 1)To establish and conduct Audit: a)Technical and commercial process. b) Information Technology processes. c) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) d) Legal Compliances 2) To develop and maintain a risk management framework for management, with the assistance of process owners 3) Process improvement / Excellence - To periodically benchmark the processes with industry players to ensure - best-in-class and promote innovations and re-engineering 4) To develop training material for training the auditees on changes to tax laws, bill passing requirements and other material on - need to know basis. Also, participate in any Finance for Non-Finance- training. 5) To maintain the SOPs up-to-date, maintain version and edit controls and make changes to the SOPs as and when required and get the changes appropriately approved. Educational Qualification : Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / Civil Engineer, preferably with CIA and CISA certification Special Requirements : 1. Should have performed such tasks with other real estate, EPC or infra companies 2. Should have knowledge of SAP &amp; IT processes 3. Should have passion for Internal Audit 4.
