Title : Head - Process Excellence
Responsibilities :
- Own, define and implement business processes across all business functions
- Lead the process excellence and training team
- Own the CRM implementation and adoption in the organization
- Lead and own process training across all roles, and track process adoption
- Liaise with product and CRM vendor teams for executing process elements that require support from respective teams
- Be the key stakeholder in improving business operations and funnel
- Develop and own process charts / maps / training documents
- Provide fact-based strategic and tactical insights
- Provide thought leadership internally
Qualifications required :
Work experience :
a. 5+ years of post-MBA experience
b. Hands-on experience in defining and implementing processes
c. Must have led a team
- Exceptional communicator, speaking and writing clearly, concisely, and compellingly
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills; high degree of emotional intelligence
- Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of retail / logistics industries will be preferred (not mandatory)
