JOB INTENT To lead the portfolio management vertical as Principal officer & Head / Fund Manager. Also to actively look at developing business along with retail and institutional sales team and lead the PMS team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Overall responsibilities of PMS business vertical 2. Manage the existing debt and equity schemes and deliver superior risk adjusted returns as per the mandate. 3. Manage the PMS activities that are incidental and ancillary to PMS including operations & compliance. 4. Actively involve in the business development activities with internal and external stakeholders 5. Actively communicate the Investment philosophy and performance attributes with current/prospective clients. 6. Participate in client/business events including outstation visits. 7. Ability to fluently ideate and lead the thought leadership in media (Print and tele media) 8. To work as a KMP for the AMC and represent PMS vertical at BoD Job specifications a. 5+ yrs experience in fund management of MF/PMS or AIF b. Strong bottom up and top-down analysis background in equity segment c. Strong fund management experience of Equity & Fixed income d. Ability to lead 3-8 member team e. Strong understanding of PMS and related rules and regulations f. Strong interpersonal skills esp that of being part and motivating the team g. Business development background will be an added advantage. h. MBA from top tier institute or progress towards CFA or any such certification will be added advantage. i. Must have cleared NSIM Series 21B certification j. Unshakeable trust and integrity k. Familiarity and practical experience of using MS office and Bloomberg.
