JOB SUMMARY :
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and implementation of decision frameworks for Pricing to drive profitable growth
- Work in close co-ordination with Category, Product, Finance and Supply Chain teams to improve critical category metrics
- Conduct experiments to optimize profit for respective categories
- Accountable for building and delivering analytical models/solution
- Manage teams and groom team members to provide analytical support to Category Management
- Lead special projects and take charge of deliverables
KEY REQUIREMENTS :
- 8 -12 Years of experience in Revenue Management/Analytics/Planning in Retail/e-Commerce
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS/Statistics/Engineering from reputed colleges. MBA preferred.
- Advanced Knowledge of SQL, MS Office
- Intermediate Knowledge of R, Python, and Machine Learning preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Pricing Strategies and Statistical Modelling preferred.
- Excellent communication, and management skills
