Roles and Responsibilities: - Determine the long-term strategic alignment with all the Service Line in conjunction with the DIDI (Domain) theme. - Provide Pre Sales and Solutioning support for Integrated Services such as MAS, CRS, Digital and Analytics. - Developing mindshare through directing and managing business development activities. - Create a team and Plan, direct and manage the practice, ensure the effective achievement of the business objectives. - Create framework, the approach for services/consulting engagement in order to maximize individual, divisional and departmental performance. - Enable delivery for successful outcomes. - Incubate new skills and drive development in personnel
