- Experience of 18-22 years in Presales /Sales with at lead 15 years around Contact Center with last 3-5 years purely focused on New age Contact center (Voice BOT, Chat BOT, Mobile App based solutions )
- Excellent understanding of industry around least Ecommerce & Retail, BFS, Hitech & telecom & must have done large deals globally.
- Should have digital contact center experience with exposure in IOT, BOT etc.
- Should have very good exposure on Cloud based Telephony
- Understands and has sold Omi channel, App based solutions.
