Sales Enablement ( Pre-Sales)

Responsible for the execution of the overall sales enablement strategy.

The role will report directly to the CEO and work with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure the sales team has all of the training, tools, and sales collateral needed to be successful. Specifically, the role will provide value in areas such creating enablement content, designing sales tools, standing up the sales enablement database and developing sales collateral for existing and new offerings - for prospecting and winning new customers. The role acts as a bridge between the strategic and tactical sides of the Sales and Marketing teams

You will develop and apply best practice principles in the areas of Sales Enablement to help sales reach productivity metrics and enable them in progressing deals through the pipeline. This role requires deep industry and company knowledge, coupled with experience designing, delivering and measuring the effectiveness of sales tools, training and collateral.

In this role you will:

- Own Sales operations(Pre-Sales) function - strategically & tactically

- Collate, develop and manage sales collaterals and databases

- Capture and institutionalize all sales, client and competitive intelligence

- Create and manage sales performance dashboards

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams on creating training curriculum and content, building sales collateral, and implementing sales tools

- Work with the sales team to evaluate existing sales enablement offerings, recommend how to fill gaps that exist, and measure the effectiveness of collaterals and channels

Inside Sales Management :

- Directly leads all aspects of a team of a max of 10 Individual Contributors, can include a Team Lead and Senior Client Success Specialists.

- Responsible for training and onboarding, performance management, communicating updates from senior management, and manages inter-team relationships.

- Be a product and technical expert internally and externally.

- Manages the team's book of clients and account distribution.

- Responsible for team level KPIs.

- Partner closely with Sales Leaders in their region.

- Contribute to developing team workflow processes and provide training, coaching and performance reviews.

Growth Marketing:

- You'll focus on acquiring customers efficiently, scaling, and optimizing acquisition campaigns on different marketing and social media channels.

- Launch lifecycle marketing campaigns from concept through analysis.

- Assist with crafting and nurturing brand tone and voice.

- Work closely with our Sales and MSP partnership team to strategize & execute multi-channel partner campaigns.

- Help develop performance marketing strategies to create amazing client engagement and drive our business.

- Help manage creative and the creative workflow for lifecycle campaigns in partnership with design, content strategy, and third-party agency/content/other partners as needed.

- Manage and efficiently scale acquisition campaigns across all platforms.

- Work with Analytics to develop the right event tagging & reporting implementation for the program.

- Analyze campaign results and determine actionable next steps for optimizing results and enhancing the user journey.

- Deploy A/B tests to drive the most effective ROI and incremental lift throughout the entire funnel.

- Layer in targeted performance marketing channels, including digital performance and social channels to help drive the lifecycle funnel metrics.

- Support in the development of user segmentation to create a dynamic, segment lead lifecycle program.

- Propose new insights to drive acquisition, retention and brand development

- Preferably someone who has driven the Pre-Sales function in a large IT organization ( Cognizant, Wipro, Accenture etc)

- You have a strategic, growth-oriented, sales-oriented, marketing-oriented mindset, and you possess strong data/analytical and communication skills

- You are highly organized and execution-focused.

- Overall, you have strong program, project-management, performance management and people-management skills

- You have tolerance for ambiguity and ability to operate in a high-growth, high-velocity organization, with an entrepreneurial approach.

- You have demonstrated success in an innovative and agile high-growth environment

- You have past experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) planning, Digital Marketing / Growth Hacking and Sales Operations management

- Exceptional customer service, relationship building, with the ability to build productive and trusting relationships with internal teams and partners
