Should be able to manage team of 25 People Experience and Qualification: - Total 18-20 years of Pre-Sales experience in the IT industry in organizations delivering Cyber Security /Networking/System Integration/IT Turnkey projects in BFSI and Enterprise Segment. - At least 7-10 years of experience in Lead presales/Team handling role - Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Selling and team management is required. - Experience of working with major OEM vendors. Technical Skills and Domain Exposure: - Cyber Security/Managed Security/Private cloud & HCI / Public cloud/ Networking/ - System Integration Industry Exposure. - Mapping customer requirements & providing business solutions through proposals, presentations & demonstrations. - Management of cross-functional team/OEM to fulfil the solution and customer requirement. - Should have handled RFP/RFI/BID Independently. - Knowledge of Cyber security technologies ,Data Centre, Private & Publiv cloud, Campus Network, LAN & WAN . - Preparing BOM, Compliance & doing Competition Analysis. - Delivering high quality, technical expertise in the pre-sales process to close sales opportunities with our clients. - Tender Bidding, Making of RFP/RFQ. - Prepare design documents, drawing and technical presentations. - In-Depth knowledge of at-least one OEM product lines - Mcaffee ,IBM QRADAR ,SPLUNK ,PALOALTO ,FORTINET ,SENTINEL1 ,MS SENTINEL, HP ARUBA,CISCO ,Juniper, Extreme.VMWARE, AWS, AZURE, Nutanix, Red Hat - Knowledge on technologies like Cyber Security , Managed Security ,SIEM , Device Management ,Endpoint Technology, HPC, Cloud, SDN, etc. - Interaction with Top Management and review the existing team performance. - Proven Team Management skills. Motivate the team and get the best out of them - Ability to guide teams to create high quality solution documents. - Knowledge of service designs and costing - Experience of creating HLD and LLD
