Position : Head PreSales (BPM & ECM)

PreSales Exp in BPM (Business Process Management) and ECM (Enterprise Content Management) is MUST

Software : Savion, FileNet and other related softwares

Software Sales/Solution Sales Specialist : Enterprise Vertical

Nature of work :

This is a mid level position where the individual is responsible for building and generating new business opportunities or managing relationships with CXO Level Executives of Org's Premium customers. The person will drive, demonstrate and deliver Org's value proposition by leveraging industry best practices in the western region.

Location : Mumbai

Reports to : Enterprise Head

Qualification and Experience :

- MBA and/ or engineering graduate from an institute of repute.

- 7-10 years of experience of selling S/W products / IT enabled solutions with 4-5 years of software solutions sales experience in Corporate/Manufacturing vertical or handling big named accounts.

Skill Set Required :

- Strong track record of selling high ticket value based software solutions in Enterprise / Large group companies.

- Creating and driving large opportunities through the sales cycle (identify, validate, qualify, close) including communications with, and gaining approvals

- Understands buying process cycle of Customer

- Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition

- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.

- Strong skills in closing New Sales Deals.

- Experience of working with SIs / Partners on large and complex deals.

- Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis

- Developing relationships at CXO level of customer organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Acquiring New Logos and generate revenue.

- Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical

- Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects

- Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures

- Positioning of Org products and solutions

- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in Corporate/Manufacturing segment.

- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
