ABOUT THE ROLE  As a Director of Sales, the role will work closely with Visionet's Senior Leadership team and will be responsible for building and expanding our capability in the Banking and Financial Services sector primarily in the US market. This is a role for an ambitious and aggressive individual who delights in their own and their organization's success.  Key Responsibilities   - Responsible for setting up and growing the BPO service line for BFSI.  - Developing and creating a value pitch for large Banking and Financial services clients.  - Manage Business Opportunities in the US Banking and Financial services sector   - Manage the Validation, Qualification, Solution Design and Win Stages of the Deal Pursuit Lifecycle including RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, capability assessments, due diligence and client visits  - Work closely with the sales team on proposals and sales pitches for banking clients; create the necessary case studies and value propositions in support of the proposals.  - Provide qualitative and meaningful inputs to enable for pricing decisions.  - Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate and tailor first conversations with potential clients.  - Work closely with the senior management to develop and nurture leads; recommend any new conversations/ideas elicited during client conversations that could lead to extensions or new solution offerings.  - Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to the delivery team.  Key Attributes of the Incumbent  - 15+ years overall experience with a minimum of 5 years catering to the US Banking industry in Pre-Sales and Client facing roles  - The incumbent should hold an MBA from a top-tier institution (Engineering with MBA is preferred but not mandatory)   - Should have a sound understanding of sales, opportunity validation, qualification, solution design and win stages of Deal Pursuit Lifecycle.  - Should have excellent Project Management Skills for managing multiple concurrent projects.  - Should have good written and spoken communication skills.  - Should be able to derive meaningful and analytical reports through internet research and unstructured information gathering.  - Should have an excellent track record of sales closures.   - Should have the ability to work in a high energy start-up environment with new technology solutions.  - Should have the ability to work productively under minimal supervision.
