Head- Pre Sales and Delivery (Cloud Services) for a leading IT service provider specializing in developing and implementing business systems for customers of diverse sectors and sizes. Assists customers with their digital transformation needs and works with them in creating new value by delivering unique services that leverage our diverse human capital and advanced IT solutions.

Responsibilities -

- Should demonstrate thought leadership, presales, and delivery leadership in Cloud Solutions Offerings

- In this role, Cloud Delivery Head must grow the Cloud practice, partnerships, go to market strategy, delivery capabilities and solutions.

- Should proactively work with markets/Business Development teams across geographies to provide necessary practice support - RFP Responses, Solution Presentations, assisting in Creating Transformation Lead Solutions

- Accountable for driving the Revenue Growth

- As a Cloud Delivery Head, you will play a Techno-Commercial role. You will nurture the Practice including COE and customer deliveries in DevOps environments.

- Owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects and developing a deep expertise in the AWS technologies as well as broad know-how around how applications and services are constructed using the AWS platform.

- Responsible for designing, building Cloud solutions and provide required support to Sales/Pre-Salesteams.

- Nurture the Cloud practice & to be part in complete life cycle of service offerings like Pre-Sales /Transition/Service delivery till it reaches the matured level.

- Study the existing Cloud Services like processes, best practices and standardize the service offerings, strengthen, and improve the maturity levels and make a strong practice.

- Give inputs to standardize the Sales kit for Cloud offerings (Proposals, PPTs, Templates) etc.

- Focus on continual improvement of Cloud service offerings. Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Transition, Service delivery teams and key functions like HR, Finance, and Training department and support them.

- Ensure ISO/ITIL process compliance.

- Manage project delivery and overall profitability of the practice (P&L)

- Experience in managing complex multi-geography teams and consulting practices, with both direct and dotted line reports.

Qualifications

- Expertise in the cloud technologies like AWS/Azure/GCP etc

- Must have established and lead a practice, experience in pre-sales/consulting, strategic planning,customer onboarding and relationship management, and cloud-based solution definitions.

- Minimum 15 years' experience managing large, complex, interdisciplinary projects and or programs.

- Knowledge on Cloud Technologies AWS, Devops, Data Center Management, Network data and voice, Application infrastructure.

- Understands Managed Services Levers including Transition & Transformation journey - Devops/Agile/AWS Cloud
