Head Pre issuance and Chargeback Operations

JOB SUMMARY

- Manage Credit Cards Operations

- Manage online sourcing partners

- Manage Data entry vendors, Card embossing vendors, Courier Agencies

- Manage Chargeback and Dispute processing

- Manage KYC process, Re KYC of customers

- Perform all regulatory and Visa, MasterCard, Amex reporting

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITY

- Responsible for end to end credit preissuance operations

- Manage the outsourced operational activities

- Manage the SLA , TAT of operational activities

- Support new Business initiatives

- Manage Audits - statutory, concurrent, RBI and other regulatory audits

- Manage Visa/ MasterCard/ Amex related reporting , audits

- MIS to senior management

- Building team, creating back ups, manage productivity, efficiency

- Reduce monotony in team by facilitating job rotations

- Minimise staff attrition

- Work constantly on cost saves

- Maintain Quality of processing

- Manage BCP, DR

- Manage compliance requirements

- Manage UAT for new CRs

- Manage vendor for credit cards systems

- Ensure system meets compliance requirements

- Testing and release management

- Cost negotiations

- Lead Projects

PREFERRED Skill Set / Education / Background

- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Credit Cards Operations management

- Detailed understanding of Credit Cards Business Requirements

- Experience in handling projects

- Well versed with Vision Plus Credit Cards Management System

- Experience in handling multiple vendors

- Experience in managing team- internal staff as well as vendor teams.

Looking for candidates from Mumbai Location.
