Responsibilities
1. Prepare MI/BI project plans and business requirement documentation
2. Participate in the full lifecycle of an analytics or BI project: from gathering and understanding the requirements to creating the functional design, architecting the solution, supervising the detailed technical design and implementation, to preparing and executing the functional tests
3. Execution and reviewing of assessment activities and maturity diagnostics on the analytics capability (organisation and processes, added-value analysis, application adequacy, IT capability)
4. Delivering high-quality reporting and insights through automation, insight and challenge to business areas;
5. Designing and managing underlying data sources to allow quick and efficient data extracts to support analysis;
6. Participate in the development of strategies, operating models (i.e. organisations & processes), roadmaps and business cases for Analytics and BI solutions
7. Track and resolve risks, issues, and action items throughout project lifecycle
8. Facilitate handover to BAU and system training sessions with end users
Qualifications :
1. 5+ years of working experience in the field of Business Intelligence and Management AND Information Analytics.
2. Extensive experience of SAS, SQL, or other data languages
3. Prince 2 Qualification desirable
4. Experience with large-scale, multi-release information centric projects
5. Experience in functional design of BI and MI analytics solutions
6. Knowledge of corporate global ERP systems (SAP or Oracle Fusion experience desirable)
7. Strong experience in working within a STARTUP spread across 3 continents with multiple stakeholders
