Head of Ports (Project)

Minimum 20 years of experience in Port Infrastructure Development and Operations. Previous experience of harbour, ports, airports is must.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for overall business - Project Management, Planning, Development and Operations

- Experienced person in port development, port operations with expertise across infrastructure, trade, Transportation & Logistics.

- Required hands on experience in marine infrastructure development providing efficient handling solutions to the business.

- Will be responsible for getting Approvals, dealing with stakeholders such as Port Authority and Customs

- Finalisation of scope for detail design and engineering

- Will be responsible for project procurement & contracts, responsible for overall profitability and cash flows

- CAPEX and OPEX budgeting (develop annual budgets)

- Business Development and Marketing

- Determine competitive pricing structure

- Direct dockside services of vessels

- Develop highly productive port operations teams (manpower planning)

- Ensure compliance with labour codes, port policies and governing laws
