We have one good job opportunity for Head Policy Servicing / Policy Servicing Owner with our Insurance client based in Hyderabad.


Reporting Manager : COO

No of Reports : 3 to 5

Job Location : Hyderabad

Educational Qualification required : Bachelor's is mandatory and MBA in relevant field will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensuring all service requests are processed within committed service levels to achieve high NPS & Quality Score

- Creating operational strategies that focuse on improving customer experience and mitigating risks

- Processing company initiated payments to customers as per schedule

- Tracking & monitoring Unclaimed Fund management through various measures

- Focused on improving customer experience by driving key metrics like NPS and C-SAT in every interaction

- Driving cost efficiencies through automation like Robotic Processes, Straight Through Processing

- To manage the policy servicing process & ensure service standards are met for both financial and non-financial transactions.

Key responsibilities :

- To define & plan standardized endorsement, survival & annuity benefit refund and cancellation processes.

- To ensure smooth and timely execution of payout and non-payout transactions.

- To ensure regulatory TATs are met.

- To strengthen operational controls through analytics.

- To ensure risk are identified and risk mitigants are put in place.

- To identify opportunities to increase efficiencies in Operations and drive change management Specific Authorities( Financial & Non Financial).
