- Conduct Regular Market Study.
- Rolling out Credit Policies and regular circulars.
- Responsible for training the Credit Resources on Policy.
- Responsible for Policy Addendums from time to time.
- Preparing Recredit process notes.
- Defining the Vendor Management Process.
- Monitoring the Process and capturing the deviations.
- Guiding the Executive Committee on the Credit Policy
- Conducting Monthly Portfolio Review
- Responsible identifying Stressed Assets.
- Responsible for developing customer friendly products and user cases and ensure optimal level of customer services.
- Delivery of high quality management information system.
- Responsible for growth.
- Training the Vendors on Credit Policies.
- Responsible for Reviewing the Policy.
- Maintaining and managing the web content.
- Create KPI's for performance and measurement purposes of tea
