Job Description :

1. Responsible for Formulation of Policies for Affordable Housing along with periodic updates

2. Policy Framing

3. Well versed with regulatory guidelines (RBI/NHB)

4. Analysing bureau data for future trends

4. Training to the team on policy parameters

Profile :

A successful candidate should have :

1. At least 8 years of experience in the affordable housing space.

2. The last 3 years of experience should be into policy for affordable housing space.

3. Should be well versed with credit, risk and policy frameworks of affordable housing space.
