- Expert in liaisoning and policy advocacy with the Department of Telecommunications ( DoT)/ Ministry of Power/TERM Cells / DIPP/ Central Electricity Authority/CERC/ other Government Departments, Ministries etc. in relation to telecom infrastructure registrations/ approvals (including FDI approvals)/ licenses (specially NLD/ISP)/Power related Telecom Infrastructure - Expert in Application of License of National Long Distance / Internet Service Provider - In depth knowledge of telecom regulations, Licenses, Tariffs - Excellent liasoning skills - Bachelor's Degree and MBA from Tier 1 college - Understanding of Regulatory aspects of Telecom and Power (related only) - Telecom background will be an added advantage - Far sighted and be able to understand and comprehend actions which can have far reaching effects and benefits for the end consumer, Industry and other stakeholders - Understanding of Telecom and Utility Infrastructure
