Role Title Head - PMO

Working with Reporting to CIO and work closely with CXOs.

What the role entails

Key accountabilities/responsibilities

- Proven Experience in IT PMO/IT Audit/IT Governance

- Self-Starter and Self Motivated.

- Team Management with Matrix team.

- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.

- Proven Analytical and Reporting Skills

- Regular Progress Reporting to Senior Management.

- Define, Manage & Control the adherence to the standards/Guidelines & Releases.

- Define, Manage & Ensure the compliance to the Quality Discipline.

- Good Understanding of Software Behaviours, Problem/Weak Areas, Performance & Reliability issues.

- Own various deliverables, eg, Risk/Issue Logs etc.

- Proven expertise in Data Security and IT Processes along with Project Management and stakeholder Management.

What we are looking for in you

- Must have worked as PMO Lead for an IT delivery Organisation and possess the basic IT Tech skills.

- Worked in Agile Development Environment and familiar with SDLC.

- Hands-on with IT Governance and IT Processes.

- Proven Analytical, communication and Presentation skills.

- Excellent Excel and Basic database skills.

- Awareness of Latest Tech Trends in the IT Industry and their utilisation in the organisation.

Requirement Essential

- Proven IT PMO Expertise along with in-depth knowledge of IT Delivery and IT Operations Processes.

- Worked on IT Governance/IT Audits.

Education BE/B.Tech/ MCA or equivalent

Experience - 10 - 15 Years
