Head - Platforms - eCommerce

Qualification : B Tech + Full time MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutes.

Attributes :

- 5-8 years of work experience including 3-4 years of relevant experience in building online products.

- Candidates from e-com / online product organisations will be preferred.

- Must have proven track record in building products from concept to implementation on mobile and web platforms.

- Experience in leading software product development using Agile / Scrum methodology.

- Experience with product testing, automation and integration,

- Experience in Go /Java (J2EE) Design Patterns, Micro Services Architecture & Containers.

- Knowledge of TDD, BDD approach towards product development.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Grow Revenue and market share in line with business plan by :

1) Collaborating with the Marketing team and understand the product requirements.

2) Designing and developing applications on mobile and web platforms.

3) Owning the core system quality attributes relating to product architecture, such as performance, scalability, security, availability, reliability etc.

4) Evaluating emerging technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within the company products.

5) Achieving objectives on schedule, on budget, and within defined quality parameters.

6) Presenting technical solutions/design to stakeholders in different forums.

7) Coding as and when required.
