Job Description - The incumbent will be playing a senior leadership role, one down to the CTPO and will be responsible for formulating and delivering on the product vision for the world's largest financial software platform.

Our client is a privately held, California headquartered product organization, serving clients in the BFSI industry with the world's most powerful financial CRM system.
Description
- Driving and owning the end to end product SDLC from concept to delivery
- Setting up the product vision and delivering on the same
- Designing and architecting the core product
- Ensuring the best engineering practices are followed by various development teams
- Growing the engineering capabilities and team
Profile
Must Haves:
- 12+ years of experience in a core product engineering setup
- Proven experience of building scalable high complexity products leveraging the MS tech stack
- Understanding of on prem and cloud (public, private) environment
- Strong knowledge of microservices, cloud architecture
- Understanding of modern tech
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and business acumen
- Alignment with cultural values - adapts frugal innovation, entrepreneurial mindset, ability to take challenges etc.
Good to Haves:
- Preferable experience in a B2B/SaaS software organization
- Startup/entrepreneurial experience
