Head - Plant Operations - Food Processing (20-30 yrs)
Hiring for Head (Plant Operations) - CTC 35 Lkhs - Leading Food Processing Co.
This role will be responsible to handle entire gamut of Plant/Factory Operations Pan India with a team of Plant Head, Plant Manager- s, Third Party Unit Head's etc.
Responsible for Plant Operations and Maintenance.
Establish Plant Policies and procedures.
Responsible for Plant Production and GMP Goals.
Establish and maintain community relations.
The incumbent is responsible for the following
Driving Efficient Operations
Supplier Relationship Management
Budgeting and Cost Efficiencies
Statutory and Internal Compliance's
Qualification : BE/B.Tech
20 to 30 yrs experience in operations (Plant/Factory/Manufacturing unit) from FMCG/Food Processing Companies.
