Job Description : To be independently in-charge of production from a unit (in terms of quality and quantity).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for production as per agreed targets for quantity and quality.

- Liaisons with statutory bodies for appropriate statutory compliance.

- Build effective relationship with the associates.

- Overall responsibility for recommending and implementing capex proposals and negotiating best rates for scrap disposal.

- Coordinate with the other functions within Pernod Ricard India and the associates.

- Generate regular MIS reports for informed decision making.

- Develop SOPs for maintain organization

Experience : 9 to 20
