Lead and develop an empowered Location Management Team 2. Create, coordinate and monitor the annual activity plan 3. Be responsible for all Location activities including Operations and Local Supply Chain and for leading all aspects of work and the workforce for Operations and Local Supply Chain. 4. Lead, develop and monitor the performance of the Location in all aspects of areas like: a) Health, safety and environment, and leadership of the management system b) Product and service quality, and leadership of the management system c) Fixed and variable costs d) All investments e) Process development f) Planning, budgeting and reporting g) Availability and produced volumes h) Finance - Location and legal control i) Procurement and Supply Chain j) HR, people and competence &amp; communications 5. Actively participate in developing long term strategy and Location-specific medium term business goals and performance measures 6. Support in establishing operating budgets for the Location. 7. Support in establishing and implementing the Location Continuous Improvement project portfolio. 8. Support in the Sales and Operations Planning process improvement of work processes. 9.Interact with business to ensure optimal service, policies, and KPIs 10.Plan and implement small Operations related projects 11.Responsible for competence, performance and effectiveness of all members. Required Candidate profile Candidate Profile: B.E / BTech with 8 - 18 years of operations experience in a manufacturing role. Proven experience in leading and motivating teams in a production environment. A personal style that instils a sense of responsibility amongst peers and direct reports. Good technical understanding of plants and processes. Salary offered: 20-60LPA
