Head - Plant Operations

- Monitoring and optimizing daily plant activities adhering to plant budget

- Adherence to procedures and policies to be followed in plant considering quality, safety and productivity

- Maintaining and accounting inventory level of warehouse for smooth supply against demands

- Compliance with all legal and statutory compliances of plant

- Execution of corrective and preventive actions as per internal and external Audits at plant

- Man power planning of plant as per daily activities

- Coordination with logistic manager for timely dispatch of marketing orders

- Coordination with production team for seed receipts at plant

- Co ordinate with sales team to ensure that dispatches are as per the monthly plan

- Maintain strong professional relationships with representatives of the Agriculture department
