Head - Plant Manager - Manufacturing

A Mechanical Engineer with over 15 year of experience with the last 5 years being in a Leadership role handling complete P&L responsibility of a manufacturing facility.

Experience of setting up a greenfield / brownfield manufacturing facility .

Defining site strategy and activity plant and leading the team in it's implementation.

Meeting budgeted financial targets.

Work with Product Development team for specialty products.

The successful incumbent will be a strong peoples person with proven ability in Lean Manufacturing .

Will have at least 5 years in plant management with ownership of P &L.

Experience in Mechanical and Electromechanical manufacturing.

Possess strong knowledge of productivity tools such as TPM, Kaizen, Kanban etc.

Should possess excellent communication, Leadership and interpersonal skills and be a strong team player with a responsible attitude striving for continuous improvement and excellence.
