Head - Plant Human Resource - Auto

Our Client is a US MNC, with presence in India since last 15 years.

They have one Manufacturing centre in Maharashtra, ( Near Mumbai)

Job Descriptions :

- Conceptualize the ER Strategy with HR team to proactively engage employees.

- Ensuring disruption free operations or harmonious industrial relations between Management and workmen

- Ensuring HR statutory compliances to achieve nil non-conformances.

- Liaison with all external stakeholders (communities, Govt. officials) to ensure smooth and cordial relations.

- Build informal relations with workmen at large so as to ensure open and free dialogue with the workmen.

Ideal Profile :

- At least 7-12 years of plant experience managing workmen and handling union interactions.

- Handling tough Industrial relations scenarios (negotiating/ collective bargaining with unions).

- Ability to drive proactive employee engagement agenda.

- Good communication, negotiation & analytical skills.

- Marathi Language is a Must
